Text Box: This season has seen many changes to the Community of Christ the Sower, both in terms of structure and in terms of overall development.
We’re pleased to announce that we have a new, re-designed website available at
www.ChristTheSower.org

We have completely re-designed our administrative Text Box: processes as well, providing for more structure and discipline for incoming members. It is our hope and prayer that these changes will stabilize our processes as we prepare for future growth in membership.
As you can see, we have a Newsletter now; we’re working on getting it out via email. We have also been able to make the Prayer Book Text Box: available for online purchase through PayPal, which is a blessing.
These and other changes will be discussed in this first issue.
Please contact us with suggestions or submissions for future issues!

Text Box: We have prayerfully chosen to incorporate the Rule of Saint Benedict more fully into our charism.
This change helps provide cohesion and gives strength to Text Box: our formation process, making formation over long distances more viable and stabilizing our extended family in terms of our foundational shared experiences. It also allows us to accept Oblates [called Text Box: Friends of the Community] in accordance with common custom.
We will regularly expound on the Benedictine charism and its relationship to Christ the Sower in this column.
